Saqlain Mushtaq joins Multan Sultans as mentor, spin bowling coach
The Multan Sultans added former Pakistan head coach Saqlain Mushtaq to their coaching staff for the upcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Saturday.
The legendary spinner will assume the dual roles of spin bowling coach and team mentor for the franchise.
Sultans made the announcement through their account on X.
The King of “Doosra”, Saqlain Mushtaq joins Multan Sultans,“ the post read.
“The legendary spinner and former Pakistan Head Coach @Saqlain_Mushtaq is all set to join the Multan Sultans family as Spin Bowling Coach and Team Mentor!” it added.

It is pertinent to mention that the team signed up Catherine Dalton as the first female fast-bowling coach in the history of the PSL.
Dalton, 30, is also the first female fast-bowling coach of a top-level men’s side. Multan Sultans made the announcement on their X account on Tuesday.
