Journalist Siddique Jan was arrested from Islamabad on Monday evening.

A CCTV video of the arrest showed Jan being pushed away by men in plain clothes.

The arrest was apaprently made outside the office of Bol News in Islamabad, where Jan works as bureau chief.

The journalist was arrested in connection with a video he made of clashes between police and PTI officials in the judicial complex on Saturday.

Siddique Jan has been moved to Ramna Police Station, where an FIR has been registered against him for inappropriate behavior and incitement to violence.
