Cricketer Mohammad Rizwan and his pillow duck-outs the internet

Pakistani wicket-keeper Mohammad Rizwan finally revealed why he carries his white pillow to the airports after his Dubai airport pictures went viral on social media.

The 29-year-old cricketer said in a video clip on Monday: “It’s a medicated pillow recommended by my doctor. It helps me sleep comfortably at night anywhere I ago.” Proper rest is important for recovery and good performance in matches, said Rizwan.

The video is posted by the Twitter account of the Pakistan Cricket Board.

PCB also posted a video of the Pakistani cricket team on Saturday which showed them leaving Dubai after the T20 World Cup.

In the video Rizwan could be seen clutching a white pillow to his chest.

Twitter users are calling it the perfect “love story.”

Many find it “adorable.”

This user can’t deal with the duality of Rizwan’s personality.

Rizwan and all-rounder Shoaib Malik had fallen sick before the semi-final match against Australia, which Pakistan lost by 5 wickets. Pictures of Rizwan lying in a hospital bed circulated the internet a day after the match.

After spending two nights in the Intensive Care Unit, the player managed to make 67 run off 52 balls in the game.
