As many as 24 more deaths were reported due to coronavirus during the last 24 hours across the country, increasing tally to 12,938.

According to the data available with the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Tuesday, 1,163 new cases were diagnosed and as a result, a total number of cases soared to 582,528.

During the last 24 hours, 31,948 tests were conducted. As a result, a total number of tests increased to 9,022,124.

As per break-up, there are 258,412 in Sindh, 172,683 in Punjab, 72,615 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 19,066 in Balochistan, 44,516 in Islamabad, 10,280 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and 4,956 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
