Gold rises by Rs3,800 per tola in Pakistan
International market also experiences a surge
The price of gold shot up in Pakistan on Friday, pushing the bar to the next level.
The per tola price of 24-karat gold witnessed an increase of Rs3,800 and the precious metal was sold at Rs234,000 on the last trading day of the week.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold has been increased by Rs 3,258 and 10-gram gold was sold at the price of Rs 2,01,303.
In the international market, the price of per ounce gold has increased by $40 to $2,204.
