Rupee remains almost flat against dollar in interbank
The US dollar settled at Rs279.31 at the market closing
The Pakistan rupee remained almost flat with a minor recovery of less than one paisa against the dollar in the interbank foreign exchange market on Tuesday.
The local unit recorded a nominal gain of Rs0.02 against the greenback which was trading at Rs279.31 at the closing as against Rs279.32 the previous day.
In the open market, the buying of the dollar was recorded at Rs280.5 while it was quoted at Rs282.25 for selling at the time of filing the story.
