At least four policemen killed in blast targeting police vehicle in DI Khan

Sources say the vehicle was targeted in IED blast

At least four policemen were killed and five others injured in a blast targeting a police vehicle in Kulachi tehsil of Dera Ismail Khan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Thursday, sources said.

They said that an improvised explosive device (IED) rocked the police vehicle in Garra Aslam area.

The blast was the latest in a series of attacks on security forces and law enforcement agencies deployed during the election 2024.

Earlier today, a security official was martyred after unidentified men opened fire at a security forces vehicle in KP’s Tank district.

In another attack, a Balochistan Levies official was martyred as a Levies vehicle came under attack in the Kharan district of Balochistan.

Reports said that the vehicle was targetted in a grenade attack.
