IHC reserves decision on Imran’s jail trial
Khan has been in jail since August
A two-member bench of the Islamabad High Court reserved its decision in an appeal against Imran Khan’s jail trial in the £190 million case and Toshakhana case.
The bench included Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan has was arrested on August 5 in the Toshakhana case minutes after being sentenced by an accountability court in Islamabad.
He has not been brought to any court hearing since then and all cases have been conducted inside jail premises.
