Earthquake tremors felt in Islamabad, KPK
The magnitude-4.4 also hit Chitral, Gilgit Baltistan
A magnitude 4.4 earthquake jolted the national capital Islamabad, Malakand, Swabi, and Swat of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Wednesday, according to the National Seismic Monitoring Centre.
Tremors were also felt in Chitral and Gilgit-Baltistan at around 2:45pm. The earthquake’s depth was recorded at 137 kilometres with the epicentre of Afghanistan-Tajikistan border.
