Research has revealed if your spouse has high blood pressure, you’re more likely to have it too.

Research results from the Journal of the American Heart Association (JAHA) indicate the risks of high blood pressure increase after marriage.

To devote clarity to their hypothesis the US experts collected samples from India, China, Britain, and the US, and after analyzing the data they came to know that high blood pressure is common in all couples from selected countries.

This journal uncovered that high blood pressure was found to be highest in married couples in China followed by India. However, the rate of blood pressure in the general population was found to be highest in America and second in England.

Experts also examined that if a woman did not have blood pressure disease before marriage, how did she become a victim of it?

The results showed that if a woman’s husband had blood pressure disease, the wife also became a victim of it after some time.

The results showed that if one of the married couples had high blood pressure, the other person was more likely to have high blood pressure.
