Pakistan Muslim league Nawaz leader Khawaja Asif has said that Shehbaz Sharif and Ishaq Dar should return to the country immediately.

Speaking in an interview on Geo News, Asif said that Nawaz Sharif could return in October but there was no excuse for Shehbaz and Dar to stay in London.

He added that rising inflation in the country has led to public anger being directed at the leaders of the party still in the country. He also said that the fact that party leaders are present abroad is creating uncertainty in the party’s ranks as well.

Asif also admitted that the previous government had not been able to improve the conditions of the country as it hoped too. He said that when Ishaq dar landed, they had no idea of the disaster awaiting them.

He said that there was no dobut that the masses were in anguish over the condition of the economy and said that Maryam Nawaz is constantly reaching out to the public.
