Woman told police her children had been hungry for four days
Islamabad Police officials delivered rations to a family after receiving a call on 15 on Sunday.
A woman had called the emergency helpline to complain that her children had been hungry for four days.
The police responded by delivering rations to her house.
A similar story was reported from Layyah two days ago, when a man called the police to say that he was fed up with life as there was nothing to eat in his house.
The police had delivered food items to the man’s house immediately.
