An anti-terrorist squad in Indian State of Uttar Pradesh has given a clean chit to Seema Haider after investigation.

As the story of Seema’s cross border love went viral, Indian authorities started investigating if she was involved espionage.

Authorities had found five Pakistani passports, another passposrt described as ‘unused’ or without details, as well as four video casettes and four mobile phones in her possession.

Sachin Meena, the man Seema crossed borders to be with, and his father Netrapal Singh have also been investigated for illegally sheltering a foreigner.

The passports in Seema’s possession also show her travel history. She first left Pakistan on March 10 and reached Nepal through Sharjah on a 15-day tourist visa where she was joined by Sachin as well. She went back to Pakistan by the same route.

She left Pakistan again on a 15-day tourist visa through Karachi and went through Dubai to Nepal again on May 10. She went from Kathmandu to Pokhara and then crossed into India by bus through the Rupandehi-Khunwa border.

She passed through Lucknow and Agra and reached Rabupura where Sachin came to meet her.
