Sindh Information, Transport, and Mass Transit Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon announced that a special lane has been added to Karachi’s Sharae Faisal for the People’s Bus Service.

The minister made the announcement on Twitter stating that “creating a dedicated lane for peoples bus service on Shara-E-Faisal. Public transport should be able to move seamlessly through the city’s major arteries. Work done by Transport Department Sindh Government.”

Moreover, Sindh Information Department also confirmed the development and said that these lanes have been created by the Transport Department of the Sindh Government to reduce travel time for public transport users.

It should be noted that the People’s Bus Service was started on the route of the tower from Dawood Chowrangi.

As a result of this decision, citizens traveling by the People’s Bus Service will be able to reach their destination as soon as possible.

This may cause a traffic problem for other commuters due to the reduction of lane at one of the busiest streets of Karachi.
