Pakistan reserves decrease $72m to $4.3b week ending May 12
Reserves decreased due to external debt payment
Pakistan’s foreign exchange reserves decreased by $72 million to $4,311.9 million in the week ending May 5, compared to $4,383.4 million in the previous week, the central bank said on Thursday.
“During the week ended on 12-May-2023, SBP reserves decreased by US$ 72 million to US$ 4,311.9 million due to external debt repayment,” the central bank said.
