Riyadh bound passenger’s attempt to smuggle ice thwarted
The drugs were in the lining of his suitcase
Peshawar: More than two kgs of methamphetamine, commonly known as ice, were recovered from a passenger at the Peshawar International Airport on Saturday.
The passenger, Bilal Hussain, was travelling to Riyadh from Peshawar, when he tried to smuggle the drugs in the lining of his suitcase, reported Aaj News.
Airport Security Force intercepted the luggage and tore into his bag to discover the drugs.
Hussain was detained and the Anti-Narcotics Force registered a case against him.
