QUETTA: At least five people, including a child, were injured on Monday in an explosion near Bashir Chowk at Qambrani Road in Quetta district of Balochistan.
According to rescue sources, the injured were shifted to Civil Hospital where they are being treated.
Police, FC and other law enforcement agencies rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area as soon as the blast was reported.
According to police, an improvised explosive device (IED) was planted on the side of the road.
