Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are two brotherly countries:Kazmi
Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Syed Hamid Saeed Kazmi has said that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are two brotherly countries and the most important religious obligation hajj further cemented relations between the two countries.On arrival from Saudi Arabia to Islamabad Thursday, he said that he met Saudi Minister for Hajj Dr. Fouad bin Abdul Salam Al-Farsi in Jeddah and conveyed message of gratitude and appreciation from the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan to Khadim Al-Harmin Al-Sharifeen, King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz , says a press release.
Appreciating the role of Adnan Katib, Chairman Mossassa South Asia for effective handling of the issues of the Pakistani Hujjaj and early processing of their compensation by the Saudi Authority, the Minister informed that the problems caused therein were not due to the fault of the Saudi government rather some Mossassas did not fulfill their responsibilities which created some problems, he maintained.
The Minister added the Saudi Minister for Hajj has showed his disappointment in the meeting over the role of these Mossassas which failed to provide agreed facilities to the Pakistani pilgrims.
