PML-N issues 'charge sheet' against Musharraf
Pakistan Muslim League (N) has released a 16-point charge sheet against the former President Pervez Musharraf. The political party has called for his trial under Article 6 of the constitution and demanded the government to bring him back in the country with the help of Interpol.
The charge sheet not only alleged General Musharraf of illegally taking over the government on October 12, 1999, but also charged him of enormous serious crimes against the constitution, the state and the people of Pakistan.
The charge sheet also included allegations of using NAB politically, murder of Nawab Akbar Bugti, Lal Masjid operation, 12th May incident and NRO.
PML (N) also demanded constitution of a commission to probe the Kargil incident and May 12 killings in Karachi.
